At Sana Commerce, we're looking for a Product Specialist to work with our Projects team in the americas region, providing top-notch customer and technical support to our clients.

Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide expert assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, usage, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and customers to enhance product knowledge and usage developing training materials, user guides, and FAQs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and own experience.
  • Work closely with various teams such as marketing, engineering, design, and customer service to ensure cohesive product development and communication.
  • Provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions to influence the product roadmap and future development.


What you bring along:

  • A bachelor’s degree in System Engineering or related.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience with SQL, Hosting environments, Webservice configuration and instalation, Web security (for example SSL, VPN).
  • Proficiency in Englishand German, written and spoken. (B2 or higher)
  • Experience in running projects by yourself; taking ownership, solving problems, but also escalating on time when things don’t go as planned
  • Customer centric thinking – you always put the customer first and find ways to make the process for them easier
  • Able to work Hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days at home) in our great Rotterdam office.
