    Role

    • In this role you'll be...Developing and administering human resources policies and procedures that relate to all company personnel
    • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department in general. Managing the HR employees based in Europe.
    • Contributing to the development of the local and European HR department goals and objectives. Ensuring proper implementation of the company's compensation program. Performing benefits administration. Maintaining affirmative action programs.
    • Creating and revising job descriptions. Developing, revising, maintaining and recommending personnel policies and procedures and the employee handbook.
    • Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including job posting, performing interviews, etc. Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. Overseeing exit interviews
    • Maintaining department records and reports. Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

    Candidate

    • What sets you a part....Bachelor's degree or Master degree preferably in Human Resources, Business or Law
    • A minimum of 5 years' work experience
    • Knowledge of employment legislation and payroll principles;
    • Thorough understanding and application of internal and external HR principles, concepts, practices and standards;
    • Excellent planning and organization skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment;
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues;
    • Ability to be effective in a matrix organization;
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred;
    • Fluent in English;
    • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency, trustworthy and highly ethical
