PHP Developer

PHP Developer is required for a Sporting Events Service company who are the leading tech platform providers that allows their clients in over 40 countries to have access to real-time events. You will be responsible for developing new platform features, thinking about new features, researching new cool technical gadgets, and putting software live.

Requirements:

  • Completed HBO education
  • +3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel;
  • Extensive experience in designing and building large web applications, paying attention to caching, continuous deployment, performance optimization and background processing 
  • Experience in working with REST APIs, ensuring they are performant and scalable;

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the architecture and code reviews to ensure that the developed solutions meet the highest standards.
  • Identifying and solving technical challenges, and providing scalable solutions to complex problems.
  • Collaborate with other team members, including product managers and business consultants to achieve project objectives.
  • You write clean and maintainable code according to SOLID principles, follow TDD and test frameworks such as PHPUnit;
