  Prepare sales budget for EMEA region, and realize approved sales budget. -  Build and maintain strong working relationships with existing as well as new accounts in EMEA region, identify customer needs and provide appropriate sales support to maintain and grow existing and new accounts. -  Analyze industry trends and competiton activities to identify and actively develop new sales opportunities in EMEA region to strengthen competitive position and grow the business. Identify and visit new prospects. -  Participate in selected multidisciplinary New Business Development projects to contribute to implementing the growth strategy of the Business Unit. -  Manage the EMEA sales organization including the Customer Service and Sales Support employees (total of 3 employees) -  Attend conferences and shows to network, develop sales leads, promote Purac market leadership and name recognition. -  Develop and maintain industry knowlegde to provide appropriate and innovative customer support. Your profile: -  MSc degree in polymer chemistry/technology with at least 5 yrs international work experience in Sales Management in high value added markets.
